All goods displayed on our site are held in stock, however, in the unlikely event that goods you have ordered are not available or are on order from our suppliers we will inform you as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to despatch your order at the earliest convenience. In the event of supply difficulties with any items we will contact you immediately and outline the options available to you.

Returns

Upon receiving the goods, please promptly inspect them and notify us within 14 days of delivery if any damage is observed. In the event of a claim for defect or damage, it is your responsibility to return the faulty goods to us. Upon confirmation of the defect, you are entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund, including delivery costs if applicable, as well as return postal charges. Only unused or unopened goods can be returned for replacement or full refund, except in cases where the goods are deemed to be defective. The package containing the returned goods must clearly display the order number provided by us.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 7 working days of receiving the goods, by notifying us in writing or via email. The returned goods must be shipped at your expense and adequately insured during transit. A refund, excluding return postal charges, will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds cannot be offered for orders if we are not notified in writing within the specified time period. Your use of this site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, effective from your first use of the site. These terms and conditions do not diminish your statutory rights.
